DELAYED SHIPMENTS – We use USPS as our default shipping. They are the most economical and preferred way to ship. Most shipments do arrive, so it helps to be patient. If you’re in a hurry it’s highly recommended that you upgrade shipping at checkout.
LOST SHIPMENTS – If you haven’t received your package after 15 days domestically please let us know and we can either file an inquiry or a claim, depending on how the item was shipped.
Please note that I am not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. I don't insure most shipments as they are usually under 8 ounces and most shipments do not get lost. If you would like your package insured, make sure to upgrade shipping at checkout and choose “Insured 1st Class USPS”. Of course, I’ll do everything I can to help, including filing Missing Mail Search with USPS. All upgraded shipments are insured, and if those become lost I will either replace the item or refund you, once the correct amount of time has passed.
------PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIME------
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. Most of our orders ship the same day if you order by 1:00pm eastern.
WITHIN THE US: We ship from Texas via USPS 1st class mail to all domestic addresses. Depending on your location, it usually takes 1-4 business days to arrive. If you're in a hurry you'll have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL: We do not currently ship internationally.
